Texas - 80's Daytime TV

I've been enjoying some Youtube clips of  the 80s soap opera Texas. It was one of the few I could follow as a kid. A bunch of us would hang out together after school to watch it.
I didn't think it was like Dallas. Sure the similar setting was a draw at first, but I like it because I had followed the characters from watching Another World.
